The first chapter of Little Women apparently sounds like Mark Twain, but the first chapter of Alcott's "thriller" Behind a Mask sounds like Jame Joyce. The first chapter of Beyond the Western Sea sounds like the man who wrote Fight Club.

Edit: Jo's Boys also sounds like Twain, while Pauline's Passion and Punishment sounds like Poe. This thing is baloney.
